What are the delivery times for orders?

Delivery time is 24 to 48 hours for products in stock, and 1 to 3 days for products made to order.

Do you offer guarantees on your glasses?

All our frames come with a lifetime warranty. You will receive a warranty card to keep with your glasses, included in your order at no extra cost.

How do I care for my glasses to prolong their life?

To keep your glasses looking their best for as long as possible, we recommend cleaning the lenses with a microfiber cloth and a suitable lens-cleaning product.

For the frames, we recommend storing them in their case after wearing, handling them with care, cleaning them with a microfiber cloth and retightening the frame screws if necessary.

For our stones, we do not recommend putting them in contact with water. Simply clean them with a dry microfiber cloth.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a series of emails after placing your order, allowing you to track your pair from the workshop to your mailbox.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow the progress of your pair.
